1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
Be unused and in its original condition
Be returned in the original packaging
Include all accessories, manuals, and included parts
Not show signs of damage caused by misuse, improper handling, unauthorized modification, or accidental damage
Please note that all returns must be approved by our support team before being sent back.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
Items returned without original packaging or with missing parts
Clearance, final sale, or promotional items marked as non-returnable
Customized, special-order, or made-to-order items
Products damaged by improper use, crash, water exposure, battery misuse, or unauthorized repair
3. Return Request Process
To request a return, please contact us at service@ytdrone.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please include the following information in your request:
Your full name
Order number
Product name
Reason for return
Clear photos or videos of the item, if applicable
Once we review your request, we will provide return instructions if your return is approved.
Please do not send any item back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to a wrong item, defective product, or damage caused before delivery, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as YTdrone is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at service@ytdrone.com.
Please include:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos or videos showing the problem
We will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement item, partial refund, full refund, or other reasonable support depending on the situation.
6. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that the exact time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please contact us first. In most cases, the original item will need to be returned according to this policy, and a new order will need to be placed separately.
8. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at service@ytdrone.com.
Orders that have already been processed, packed, or shipped may not be eligible for cancellation. If the order has already shipped, it will need to follow the standard return process.
9. Return Address
Please do not return products to the sender address shown on the package unless instructed by our support team.
The correct return address will be provided after your return request has been reviewed and approved.
