YTdrone ships to customers worldwide.

YTdrone is not responsible for delivery problems, delays, or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

9. Lost, Delayed, or Undelivered Packages
If your package is significantly delayed, lost in transit, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at service@ytdrone.com.
We will assist in reviewing the shipment status and, where appropriate, work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.
Please note:
Delivery delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or local logistics are outside our direct control
Packages marked as delivered by the carrier may require customers to check with neighbors, building management, or local delivery offices first
Resolution may depend on the carrier’s investigation results
10. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us review the issue, please provide:

A description of the damage
Clear photos or videos of the package and item
We will review the case and provide appropriate support based on the situation.
11. Split Shipments
In some cases, items from the same order may be shipped separately due to product availability, warehouse location, packaging requirements, or shipping restrictions.
If your order is split into multiple shipments, you may receive separate tracking numbers for each package.
12. Order Refusal or Failed Delivery
If a package is refused by the customer, undeliverable due to an incorrect address, or returned because of failed delivery attempts, any additional shipping, return, storage, or handling fees may be deducted from the refund where applicable.
